Services:

 

Curriculum consulting:  We will assist individual families with setting up a home based program for their children that is in compliance with Colorado Home Based Law.

 

Liaison Services:  CO Home Education Consultant can provide public school districts with our expertise with Colorado Home Based Education statutes, Homeschool Enrichment program and  policy development, student porfolio review, and other liaison services. 719-749-0200

 This has been a difficult year for CAIL as it has been for everyone in this country. CAIL has struggled to support itself. 

  CAIL accreditation is up for renewal in August of this year and it appears that we will not have enough in the piggy bank to complete the renewal process.

  It saddens me to say that on September 1, 2009 CAIL will close its doors forever. Existing contracts at that time will be compensated for the balance of the contract term. Contracts under 1 month to expiration will not be compensated. Families that have chosen monthly invoicing may terminate enrollment at anytime. If you have an open invoice with us it would be greatly appreciated if you submit payment at this time. If you have any materials that you borrowed from our lending library please make arrangements to return that material by August 30th. 

  Our last accredited high school diploma has been issued and we will not be accepting any future diploma program candidates. If you are a former graduate from CAIL you may want to consider requesting additional sealedofficial transcripts for any future education pursuits. A small fee will be charged for these transcripts. After December 31, 2009 all records will be purged from the CAIL DATABASE and request for records and transcripts will not be honored.

   All CAIL Families, current and former can expect to receive their school records in the mail by October of 2009. If you do not have a current address on file with us and your records are returned, they will be held until the end of 2009, and destroyed in 2010. Every effort will be made to contact families so they may retrieve their student’s school records.

  Those families with Homeschool Reporting Online sites with CAIL login emails will be required to convert the sites over before August 30th.

    You will then be responsible for the $20.00/yr subscription fees. The CAIL Logo will disappear from this site on August 30th. Please contact questions@homeschoolreporting.com to get instructions on the conversion.

   All other complimentary CAIL Subscriptions that you might use will also terminate on August 30th, EdHelper.com, The Mathworksheet site, Enchanted Learning.

   From now until our doors close families currently enrolled will need to make arrangements to either enroll in another private independent school, or file a Notice of intent to homeschool on or after September 1. A form will be provided to you at your request.

   If you decide to withdraw from CAIL before the scheduled closing date you will not be compensated for the remainder of you contract.
